No tracking reference yet?
Email customers@kafia.pk with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We can check whether the order is awaiting confirmation, payment verification, processing or dispatch.
Paid but still awaiting verification?
Send your transaction reference, amount and payment date. Please do not pay a second time while we check. A manual transfer needs to be verified before the order moves to processing.
