Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use Kafia.pk or place an order with KAFIA. We operate from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. For order support, contact customers@kafia.pk or +92 316 4231565. General enquiries can be sent to info@kafia.pk.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. The order details and policy version shown when you order form the basis of that transaction. Later changes will not retrospectively remove agreed customer rights.

Ordering

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use only a payment account you are authorised to use. By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into a purchase agreement or have the appropriate permission of a responsible adult.

An initial order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not automatic acceptance. Acceptance follows our order confirmation after stock, payment where applicable, and delivery checks. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any amount that is due. We do not accept orders that involve fraud or misuse of another person’s information.

Products and descriptions

Product names, sizes, contents and prices are provided on the relevant page. Product photography may include AI-generated or styled imagery, and screen colours may vary. Decorative props, cartons belonging to a product and display stands are not extra products. Images are not a reason to supply a materially different item; if a material packaging or formula change affects an order, we will explain before fulfilment or offer an appropriate remedy.

Cosmetic descriptions are not medical diagnoses or treatment promises. Results can vary. Read the supplied label and use each item according to its directions. A bundle is a group of products, not a promise that every product can be used together. The name Whitening Cream identifies the labelled product; we do not promise a change in natural skin colour or a guaranteed result.

Prices and offers

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Review product quantities, delivery charges, any displayed COD fee and the final total before ordering. If a price or stock error affects an order, we will ask whether you want to proceed with corrected details or cancel and receive any refund due. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Offers apply only for the stated period, products and conditions. A pack or bundle is not automatically a saving. We do not promise that an item in your cart is reserved until your order is confirmed.

Payments

We offer COD where supported, manual JazzCash and manual bank transfer. There is no automatic card payment facility on this website. Manual payments must be matched to the correct order and verified as received. Sending a screenshot does not by itself confirm receipt. See Payment Methods for instructions.

Delivery and returns

Serviceable locations, delivery estimates and customer responsibilities are explained in the Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellation remedies and refund methods are explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Reviews and website use

If you submit a review, it should reflect your own experience and must not include someone else’s private information, abusive content or false medical claims. We may remove inappropriate content. A request for a review does not require a positive rating. Photographs of models are not customer reviews.

Website text, branding and original assets belong to KAFIA or their respective rights holders. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

Problems and responsibility

Contact us so we can investigate order problems. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or make third-party delivery and banking systems risk-free.

Law and disputes

These terms are intended for transactions in Pakistan and are governed by applicable Pakistani law. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, consumer authority or other lawful dispute-resolution forum, including any forum available under mandatory consumer law.
