Your KAFIA order, step by step.

1 Choose your product

Open the product page and check its name, size and pack contents. Select your quantity and add the item to your cart.

2 Check your cart

Review the products and quantities. Enter an active phone number and a complete delivery address, including city, area and a helpful landmark where needed.

3 Review delivery and payment

Your available delivery option, delivery charge and final payable total are shown before you place your order. Choose cash on delivery where available, manual JazzCash or manual bank transfer.

4 Place your order

Keep your order number. The initial order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; acceptance and dispatch follow after the necessary checks.

5 Follow your payment instructions

Cash on delivery: wait for your order confirmation. Pay the confirmed cash amount to the courier when your parcel arrives. Availability depends on the delivery address and courier service.

JazzCash or bank transfer: use only the beneficiary details shown in your order instructions or supplied by customers@kafia.pk. Include your order number in the payment reference where possible. Email your order number, amount, transaction reference and payment date to customers@kafia.pk. Add redacted proof if requested.

A screenshot alone does not mark an order as paid. We first check that the payment reached the correct account. Do not pay the courier again for an order we have confirmed as fully prepaid.

Need to change something?

Contact customers@kafia.pk or +92 316 4231565 as soon as possible. Changes are easier before dispatch. If a transfer is already made, tell us before placing a second order.
