KAFIA operates Kafia.pk from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, order or contact us. For privacy questions, email info@kafia.pk. For an order issue, email customers@kafia.pk.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to respond or fulfil it. These may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, products ordered, order totals, delivery status and support messages.

For a manual JazzCash or bank transfer, we may collect the payment amount, date, transaction reference, sender name and limited redacted proof needed to match a payment. We do not need your wallet MPIN, OTP, banking password or card PIN. Please do not send unrelated banking information or copies of identity documents unless we explain a specific lawful need and a suitable way to provide them.

Our website and hosting services may record technical details such as your IP address, browser, device information, page requests and error logs for operation and security. If you create an account, we also handle the account details needed to provide it.

Why we use information

We use information to receive and check orders, verify manual payments, arrange delivery, provide order updates, handle returns and refunds, answer enquiries, reduce fraud and keep necessary business records. We may also use it to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

If you separately choose to receive marketing, we use the selected contact details for that purpose. A purchase is not automatic permission to receive promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from email marketing or ask us to stop it through info@kafia.pk. Necessary order and service messages may still be sent.

Who receives information

We share the information needed to provide the service with delivery couriers, hosting and website service providers, order-support or email providers, and payment or banking providers where necessary for a transaction or refund. For example, a courier needs the recipient’s name, address, phone number and delivery or COD information. Service providers may process data in Pakistan or another country, depending on the service used.

We may also disclose information where lawfully required or reasonably necessary to handle fraud, legal claims or business obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish payment proofs or order details as customer testimonials.

Cookies and optional tracking

We use essential cookies or similar storage where needed for the cart, checkout, preferences and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, will be described in the cookie settings and used according to the choices provided there. See our Cookie Policy. Declining optional tracking must not stop an otherwise available purchase.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, including order fulfilment, return and complaint handling, payment reconciliation, legal records and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. Contact info@kafia.pk to ask about the relevant record or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason.

Your requests and choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, update your delivery details before dispatch, withdraw marketing permission, or request deletion where available. We may need reasonable verification before disclosing or changing records. We will explain if a request cannot be fully completed because information is still needed for an order or another lawful purpose.

Security and other services

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no online service is completely risk-free. Limit what you send in email attachments. When you transfer funds through your banking or JazzCash service, that provider also handles information under its own terms and privacy notice.
