Start with the step you need

Choose Creamy Face Wash for facial cleansing, Herbal Shampoo for washing hair and scalp, Bright Monster Serum for a facial serum format, or Whitening Cream when you want to explore KAFIA’s face cream. Read the product information and directions before deciding.

Read the label before you begin

Check the ingredients, directions, batch information and expiry date on the item supplied. Do not assume that a product suits you because a friend uses it or because a label describes broad suitability.

Introduce new skincare gradually

Try one new skincare product at a time and test it on a small area first, following its directions. Small-area testing can help identify a reaction, but it does not guarantee that a product will suit you. Stop use if irritation occurs; seek medical advice if symptoms are severe or persistent.

Use a bundle at your own pace

A bundle offers different products in one purchase. It does not mean every formula should be layered together or used on the same area. Shampoo is for hair and scalp; follow each product’s separate label.

Keep products in suitable condition

Follow the storage directions on the label, keep closures secure and avoid contaminating the product. Check the condition of a new item when it arrives and contact customers@kafia.pk if something is wrong.
