Question 1

What products does KAFIA offer?

Accepted Answer

Our range includes Creamy Face Wash 100 ml, Bright Monster Serum 30 ml, Whitening Cream and Herbal Shampoo 200 ml. You can also choose matching three-packs, a skincare trio or a four-product hair and skincare bundle.

Question 2

What is in a pack of three?

Accepted Answer

Three units of the same product. It is different from a mixed bundle, which contains different products. The product page shows the exact contents.

Question 3

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

COD is available for supported addresses and orders. Checkout shows whether the option is available and any applicable charge before you place the order.

Question 4

Can I pay through JazzCash or my bank?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both are manual transfer options. Choose the method at checkout, follow the approved payment instructions and send your order number and transaction reference to customers@kafia.pk. Our team verifies receipt before confirming payment.

Question 5

Can I pay by card?

Accepted Answer

Kafia.pk does not have automatic card checkout. Available methods are COD where supported, manual JazzCash and manual bank transfer.

Question 6

Is the website phone number the JazzCash account?

Accepted Answer

Do not assume it is. Use only the account title and receiving details in your order instructions or confirmed by our team.

Question 7

I sent a screenshot. Why is my order still pending?

Accepted Answer

A screenshot helps us match the transfer, but we need to verify the funds in the receiving account. Send the amount, payment date and transaction reference, and do not pay twice while we check.

Question 8

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Your delivery charge and any COD surcharge appear at checkout before you place the order. A free-delivery offer applies only when it is expressly shown for your order.

Question 9

When will my parcel arrive?

Accepted Answer

Our standard is dispatch within 1–2 working days after acceptance and any payment verification, followed by an estimated 3–5 courier working days for major serviceable cities or 5–7 for other serviceable areas. The Shipping Policy explains delays and coverage.

Question 10

Can I open a COD parcel before paying?

Accepted Answer

That service is not included unless we specifically confirm it for your delivery. You can still raise a genuine damage or incorrect-item claim after receiving the parcel.

Question 11

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally before dispatch. We will confirm what can be changed. Once a parcel has left us, return or redelivery arrangements may be needed.

Question 12

What if my product arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

Contact customers@kafia.pk with your order number and available photos, ideally within seven calendar days. Keep the item and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful if available but is not required to raise a genuine claim. See the Return and Refund Policy.

Question 13

Can a COD order be refunded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when a refund is approved. We arrange a verified bank or JazzCash refund. Refund eligibility is explained in the Return and Refund Policy; paying COD does not remove your rights.

Question 14

Do the products guarantee whitening or hair growth?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not promise a change in natural skin colour, hair regrowth or a fixed result timeline. Product names identify the products; individual experiences can vary.

Question 15

Are the products suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

No cosmetic is guaranteed to suit every person. Read the ingredients and directions, introduce new products carefully and seek professional advice when needed for a skin or scalp condition.

Question 16

Are the people in the pictures customers?

Accepted Answer

Model pictures are styled, AI-generated imagery. They are not verified customer testimonials or evidence of a result. Any customer review shown must be a genuine submitted review.

Question 17

Accepted Answer
