Cash on delivery

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout where available for your address. Pay the confirmed cash amount to the courier on delivery. Any delivery or COD charge must appear in the checkout total before you place the order.

COD does not include an open-parcel-before-payment service unless we specifically confirm that service for your delivery.

JazzCash — manual transfer

Choose JazzCash — Manual Transfer. Your order instructions will provide the approved account title and payment details, or our team will send them from customers@kafia.pk. Transfer the exact order total and send your order number, amount, payment date and transaction reference to customers@kafia.pk.

We verify receipt manually. Until then, your order remains Payment verification pending. The support phone number on our website is not a JazzCash receiving account unless the payment instructions explicitly identify it as one.

Bank transfer — manual payment

Choose Bank Transfer — Manual Payment. Use the bank name, account title and account number or IBAN in your order instructions. Send the same payment details described above to customers@kafia.pk so we can match your transfer to your order.

What happens after payment?

Once funds are verified and your order is accepted, we confirm the payment and move the order to processing. A transfer screenshot is not automatic payment approval. If a payment cannot be matched, we will ask for the minimum details needed to investigate.

Unpaid manual-payment orders may be closed after 48 hours. If you have paid but your status has not changed, contact us before paying again. Stock is not reserved until we confirm your order.

Keep payment information private

KAFIA never needs your OTP, JazzCash MPIN, banking password or card PIN. Send only the transaction details needed for your order. Hide account balances, unrelated transfers and other private information in screenshots.

There is no card checkout or automatic online payment gateway on Kafia.pk. If you receive different instructions, contact us to verify them before sending money.
