Order Cancellations

We understand that changes happen. You may cancel your order if:

  • It has not yet been shipped

  • You contact us within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may apply for a return (eligible conditions apply).

Returns

A return request may be submitted only if:

  • The delivered item is damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal dislike of the product

  • Allergy or sensitivity

  • Used or opened items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Replacement Policy

If the issue is valid and approved, the product will be replaced at no cost.
Replacement usually ships within 2–3 working days after approval.

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation or return

  • Photo/video proof (for returns)
