Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if your order has any of the following issues:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Bottle/container is broken

  • Product is leaking

  • You received the wrong item

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must submit clear photos or videos as proof within 7 days

  • Product must match the issue reported

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Allergic reaction or sensitivity (as this varies by individual skin type)
    If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. We will guide you on safe usage but cannot refund for personal reactions.

  • Product used more than once or packaging tampered

  • Missing original box or bottle

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment source

  • In case of replacement, shipment will be arranged at no additional cost
