Shipping & Delivery Information

At Kafia, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and safely.

Delivery Time

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide
• Orders arrive within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation
• Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 5PM are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 5PM are processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and dispatched

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery fee may apply depending on your city or courier
• Final delivery charge is shown during checkout

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Missed Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery two times.
If both attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaked, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy.
